As of April 15, 2012 the Republic of Uzbekistan will be recognized as a member of the Hague Convention of 1961 “Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents.”
Now the documents established in France must pass the procedure of the certificate that is recognized in Uzbekistan without obligation passing through the Consular Service.

As against this will not conserne documents of the member countries of the Convention as Austria, Belgium, Germany and Greece. Documents issued in these countries, as well as non-signatory countries of the Convention, must pass the procedure of legalization.
