OSCE ODIHR officially announced the opening of the presidential election observation Mission in Uzbekistan

Today the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) opened an election observation Mission (EOM) for the 24 October presidential election in Uzbekistan.
